Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times:

• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 5–14 business days
• Other countries: 7–30 days

A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, postal services, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

For eligible EU orders, you may return an unused product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Please contact dila.lures@gmail.com before returning the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Items that have been used for fishing, scratched, damaged or modified may have their refund reduced to reflect the loss in value.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your order, please contact dila.lures@gmail.com and send photos.

We will repair or replace the item free of charge where required by law. If repair or replacement is not possible, a price reduction or refund may apply. Return costs for defective items are our responsibility where required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within the time required by law.

Please include your order number when contacting us about a return or refund.
